The Official Web site of the State of Kansas. This is probably one of the most complex designs that I have worked on as a designer. The Kansas.gov portal is a tremendous resource for Kansans as it includes a visitor guide, history, government and business information. The site was launched in June of 2007 and is the product of a multi-department collaboration. I was responsible for numerous mockups as well as implementation of the Yahoo User Interface CSS framework and HTML coding. Thousands of visitors come to this site every month and it has been nominated for a Best of the Web Award from the Center for Digital Government.
