Just a friendly reminder to tune in this Friday @ 7:00 pm on FOX to watch one of the best new comedies on television. I got on the bandwagon late on this one, completely missing season 1 in 2003. This spring I caught up with the DVD’s on Netflix thinking I’d have to do the same for season 2. But, luckily the “Powers That Be” at Fox Broadcasting Company have decided to push this show out in marathon type chunks over the course of five Fridays. The first 2 hour marathon starts this friday and includes the first four episodes of season 2. My understanding is that the season 2 reruns are to take us up to the start of season 3 which starts Monday, September 19th 8/7C. Confused? Let your TiVo do that thinking for you and get watching. Don’t be left out on this one. It’s been labeled a bit controversial due to some of the “out of the norm” subject matter but in my opinion, that’s what makes it funny. It’s different, there’s no laugh track (like Scrubs) and the cast is unbelieveable. The characters they have created are fantastic. It almost looks fun to be part of a dysfunctional family. It’s okay to “Get Arrested.”
