About Me

I am a Front-End Developer for Kansas.gov, the Official Web site of the State of Kansas. I’ve been working here since the summer of 2004 and have found the type of work that we do to be very rewarding.  In addition to web design I have also served as a Project Manager on numerous  web applications.  Our primary goal is to make interacting with state government easier  for citizens and business in the State of Kansas.

I’m a native Kansan married to a native Missourian.  My wife and I have been married for nearly 14 years and have two adorable little girls. I am a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with a B.S. in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Technical Graphics and a minor in Theater.  I am also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps infantry where I served as a Light Armored Vehicle commander in 4 operations in several western Africa countries
